About the role

- Support personal care, daily routines and household tasks.
- Assist with community access, appointments and social activities.
- Support participants to work towards their individual goals.
- Follow behaviour support plans and maintain accurate progress notes.
- Recognise, document and report incidents and restrictive practices through the required procedures.

Essential requirements

- Minimum Certificate III in Disability, or Certificate III in Individual Support with a disability specialisation.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
- Current Working With Children Check.




- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Knowledge of positive behaviour support and restrictive practices, including following approved plans, authorisation requirements and reporting procedures.
- A respectful, reliable approach and solid communication skills.

Pay: $35.00 – $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
