We are an established, high-volume restaurant located in the heart of the CBD, and we are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Dishy to join our busy kitchen team.

The Role As a Dishy, you will play an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dishwashing area.
- Operating commercial dishwashers and hand-washing cookware efficiently during service.
- Keeping the dish pit clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
- Ensuring clean crockery, cutlery, glassware,



and kitchen equipment are readily available for the team.
- Assisting the kitchen team with general cleaning and other tasks as required.
- Following all workplace health, safety, and food hygiene procedures.

About You We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Available for weekend shifts.
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
- Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is preferred but not essential.
