The Role An excellent opportunity for an early career professional to provides high-level executive and administrative support to District leadership. Working closely with the District ACFO, Commanders and Business Manager, you will coordinate meetings and events, manage key communications, maintain records and reporting, support projects and financial processes, and help drive efficient service delivery across the district while contributing to community engagement initiatives
Functional Accountabilities:
- Provide executive support including diary, correspondence and priorities management.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation and track key actions.
- Support reporting, project administration and district decision-making processes.
- Manage financial transactions and administrative governance requirements.
- Coordinate community events and stakeholder engagement activities.

What You Will Need to Succeed To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Certificate of Business Administration or relevant experience
- Knowledge gained through secondary and vocational training
- Proficiency in MS Office -Word, Excel and Outlook
- Sound interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members, managers and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills to obtain the cooperation of others to resolve administrative or operational issues.
- Sound numeracy and analytical skills to understand; interpret and synthesise basic data and information.
- Experience in organising work priorities to meet deadlines with a capacity to identify areas of improvement within the work area.
