We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join an established project team on a complex, high-profile JV infrastructure project. This is a 3-month contract role, offering an above-market hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a landmark construction project.
The Role Working in a fast-paced project workplace, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of day-to-day Document Control activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant management of project documentation across the JV.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, register, distribute, and archive project documentation in line with project procedures
- Maintain document registers and workflows using Aconex
- Ensure document version control, approvals, and transmittals are managed accurately
- Liaise with internal project teams, JV partners, consultants, and subcontractors
- Support the project team by ensuring information is accessible, up to date, and audit-ready
- Maintain compliance with project and client document control standards
About You
- Proven experience as a Document Controller on major construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Aconex (essential)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume project environment
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a JV team
