Click ACS is a majority Aboriginal-owned business who provide Domestic Assistance (regular home cleaning), Gardening + Transport support services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), supporting our elderly and vulnerable clients to stay safe and comfortable in their homes. This is a meaningful role where you’ll help with basic domestic cleaning and assistance, and bring a little joy to someone’s day who may need it most.

THE WORK

Your day will include

- Light domestic cleaning — vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms & kitchen
- Other light domestic tasks and general household upkeep

- Monitoring client welfare
- Respectful, friendly conversation with clients
- Reporting or flagging any concerns or emergencies via form submission

REQUIREMENTS

What we need from you

CHECKS & CERTIFICATES

These are required for working in aged care.



We'll guide you through how to obtain each one:

✓ National Police Check

✓ First Aid (HLTAID011) + CPR (HLTAID009) Certificate

✓ Aged Care Worker Screening Check — required once this check launches nationally. Click ACS will notify all staff and support the transition process at that time.

These are obtained at the applicant's cost — we'll point you to the right place for each.

TRANSPORT & TECH

✓ Registered, insured & reliable motor vehicle (minimum third party insurance)

✓ Valid, unrestricted drivers licence

✓ Smart phone with capacity to download apps + access to mobile data

Please note: This is a daytime-only position, with work hours from Monday to Friday. Hours vary by region and client load, which typically averages 15–25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as our client base grows.

Three days of fully paid shifts alongside an experienced team member, learning the ropes.
