Workfast is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join a reputable construction company in Bulla. This role offers well above award wages, lots of hours and overtime, and the opportunity for ongoing work in a supportive, safety-focused environment.
You will be working in a leading waste management, resource recovery and material production company.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating dozers and compactors on construction sites
- Following site instructions and operating machinery safely
- Contributing to effective, high-quality project delivery
- Shift options:
- Night shift: 9:00pm – 6:30am
- Day shift: 6:00am – 3:00pm
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on construction sites
- PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Solid work ethic and “can do” attitude
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- Drivers licence and own transport to site
