About The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating drainage works,
ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise drainage crews and subcontractors on site
- Plan and coordinate daily drainage activities
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Ensure works comply with project requirements and Australian Standards
- Monitor productivity, quality and safety performance
- Coordinate plant, materials and labour requirements
- Complete inspections, reporting and project documentation
- Mentor and develop crew members
About You
- Proven experience supervising drainage works in civil construction
- Robust understanding of stormwater, sewer and underground services
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- White Card and current Driver's Licence
- Relevant civil construction qualifications highly regarded
