Turns out Perth was well and truly ready for a proper British pub, so we’re growing the crew!

We’re on the hunt for hospitality legends who love a busy service, know how to hustle when the pub is pumping and, importantly, can lead, coach and bring the best out of the team around them.

Set right in the heart of Perth CBD, expect hearty British pub grub, live music, quiz nights, darts, football (never ‘soccer’ ?), packed weekends and plenty happening throughout the week.

We’re looking for people who get pub hospitality. Quick on your feet, great with people, happy to get stuck in and not afraid to lead from the front.

A bit about YOU:

- A genuine, energetic personality with a positive attitude, a love of good banter and a passion for looking after every punter.
- Lead by example by maintaining exceptional professionalism and presentation while coaching the team to do the same.
- A positive and respectful management style that will set the benchmark for a dynamic team
- Food & beverage knowledge - ideally a beer focus! Know how to pour a proper Guinness? We want you.
- A go-get-'em attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn.
- Outstanding communication, the ability to juggle competing priorities and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. Every decision starts with the punter in front of you.
- Bring common sense, initiative and a solutions-first mindset.
- Build strong working relationships with the Directors, Venue Manager and Group Operations team through clear communication and collaboration.
- Flexible availability, reliable & punctual. Weekend and evening availability is essential. Hospitality happens when everyone else is off!




- Full Australian working rights - NO VISA SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE
- Must hold an Approved Manager's Red Card
- Minimum of 1 years management experience in a similar high volume, fast paced venue/bar
- Bonus points if you can confidently lead the pub in a rendition of Wonderwall.
