Established in 1994, Gilhooleys has been bringing authentic Irish hospitality, great food, Guinness and lively entertainment to Brisbane for over 30 years.

Located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD on Albert Street, Gilhooleys is entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Duty Manager to join our management team.

We're seeking someone who thrives in a busy hospitality workplace, enjoys leading a team and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What we're looking for

- Previous management or supervisory experience in a busy pub, bar or restaurant
- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate, support and work alongside a diverse team
- Confidence managing busy services and maintaining high operational standards
- A hands-on, positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current RSA certification




- RMLV and Queensland Approved Manager accreditation (preferred)

About you Ideally, you'll have at least 12 months' experience in a similar supervisory or management role. You'll be confident leading by example, comfortable working in a busy venue and committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
