Role Overview

Seeking a Dynamics 365 Performance Tester with expertise in validating the performance, scalability, and stability of Dynamics 365 applications. The candidate will design and execute performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and work with technical teams to optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Load, Stress, Volume, and Endurance testing for Dynamics 365 (F&O;/CE) either or .

- Create and execute performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Azure Load Testing.

- Analyze application, database, and API performance bottlenecks.

- Monitor system performance using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and related tools.

- Collaborate with developers, architects,



and functional teams to resolve performance issues.

- Prepare performance test reports and optimization recommendations.

- Support performance testing within CI/CD and Azure DevOps environments.

Required Skills

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O;, CE, CRM)

- Performance Testing & Performance Engineering

- Azure Monitor, Application Insights

- SQL Server Performance Tuning

- Experience with large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.

- Knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.
