Amaze Silkstone is busier than ever. We have strong occupancy and a healthy waitlist, and we want to welcome more enthusiastic, qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educators to our casual team. Shifts are available in all rooms and on every day of the week, so if you want reliable, consistent casual work, this is the place for you.

Our team gives children safe, engaging and meaningful learning experiences. Child safety, active supervision, wellbeing and quality practice are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for professionals who share that commitment.

You’ll be joining a family-owned and operated early education group that is secure in its future. We’re invested in the long-term success of our services, teams, children and families.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking qualified Early Childhood Educators who are confident in their practice, adaptable across rooms, and committed to supporting their colleagues while maintaining high standards. You might be an experienced educator, or a Cert III qualified professional still growing your skills. Either way, if you’re enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about quality care, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll bring

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (completed)

- Current Queensland Blue Card and required child safety training

- Full working rights in Australia

- Previous experience in an early childhood education setting
- A genuine commitment to child safety, wellbeing and protection




- A strong understanding of active supervision and your qualified responsibilities

- Confidence working with different age groups and in different rooms
- A positive, reliable and enthusiastic approach to teamwork

- Respect for children, families and our diverse community
- A commitment to high-quality early education and care
