Early Learners Hub Ulladulla is a beautiful brand-new Centre opening in November 2026, with an incredible outdoor play area designed for children to explore, discover and play. We are building our founding team and are looking for Cert III and Diploma qualified Educators, as well as a part-time Cook, to join us from day one.

Early Learners Hub is a family-owned childcare group with one Centre in Blackbutt and two Centres in Albion Park. Our newest Centre in Ulladulla will cater for up to 80 children each day.

We are seeking passionate, caring and reliable people who want to help shape a current Centre and make a real difference to local children and families.

The Roles Cert III and Diploma Educators

- Provide safe, engaging and stimulating care and learning for children
- Plan and deliver play-based learning in line with the EYLF
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with your team and support one another to learn and grow




- Help create the culture of a brand-recent Centre

Cook (part time, Monday to Friday)

- Plan and prepare three nutritious meals daily for up to 80 children
- Develop seasonal menus that are appealing to children and nutritionally balanced
- Manage weekly food orders and inventory to keep the kitchen well stocked
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe and hygienic
- Cook with the children to help them build a positive relationship with food
- Apply knowledge of allergies and Anaphylaxis when preparing every meal

Who We Are Looking For

All roles

- People who are passionate about children and early learning
- Effective and respectful communicators who enjoy working as part of a team
- Someone with initiative, reliability and a positive attitude
- A current Working With Children Check

Educators

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or currently studying towards one)
- Working knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and NQS
- Current First Aid certification

Cook

- Experience cooking for children in a similar role
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, allergy management and Anaphylaxis procedures
- Ability to create menus that meet nutritional requirements for young children
- A current Food Handling Certificate (First Aid desirable)
