? Why Choose Little Creek Early Learning?
At Little Creek Early Learning,
your teaching voice has room to be heard. We’re a fun, friendly place to work, with a supportive management team and a team culture built around reflective discussions where everyone can contribute. If you enjoy thinking deeply about children’s learning, sharing ideas and shaping what happens next, you’ll find colleagues ready to have those conversations with you. As our Early Childhood Teacher in Loganlea, you’ll lead the approved Kindergarten program and bring your professional knowledge to the heart of children’s days. We want you to have the space to lead the program, alongside practical support with learning documentation and on-the-job guidance from the team. Our wonderful, friendly children and families make those everyday moments meaningful, from the first conversations about a child’s interests to celebrating the learning they share with you.
We know good teaching takes energy, focus and a life outside work, too. That’s why we do our best to support work and family life balance, and aim to make our rosters adaptable and fair. Our opening hours are 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and we’ll talk openly with you about the roster.
You’ll also have access to professional development opportunities and a team that values listening as much as sharing ideas. If you’re looking for a place where your teaching expertise is welcomed, your reflections matter and the friendly faces around you make the working day feel connected, Little Creek could feel like a lovely place to belong.
Our service is committed to the safety and wellbeing of every child. We prioritise the safety, rights and best interests of all children and are dedicated to maintaining a child safe and culturally safe environment. All employees, students and volunteers share responsibility for protecting children from harm and upholding our child safe practices.
