About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for a hands-on Ecommerce & Operations Intern to join our growing fashion team.

Working closely with our Ecommerce & Operations Coordinator, you’ll gain real experience across Shopify, website management, inventory, fulfilment, customer service and general business operations.

If you’re interested in fashion but also love the business and operational side of how a brand works, this role is for you!

Location: Burwood, NSW

Job Type: Internship | Part time

Internship Type: Unpaid

What you'll be doing:

- Assisting with Shopify, website updates and product uploads
- Supporting product launches and website merchandising
- Assisting with inventory and stock management
- Liaising with our 3PL warehouse regarding fulfilment and stock
- Supporting returns, exchanges and customer enquiries
- Assisting with ecommerce promotions and website changes
- Helping with events and general operational tasks
- Identifying ways to improve our ecommerce processes and customer experience

What we’re looking for:

- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Proactive and willing to learn




- Interested in fashion, ecommerce and operations
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Shopify, ecommerce or Google Sheets/Excel experience

Requirements

- Minimum 3-month commitment
- 2 days per week
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Graduated or in the last 2 years of studies OR relevant work experience
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to work from our Burwood office
