Linden Cook is looking for an experienced eCommerce Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day performance and trading of our online store.

This is a hands-on eCommerce role within a growing Australian jewellery brand. You’ll work across Shopify, online merchandising, email and SMS, customer segmentation, product launches and website analytics to continually improve the way our customers shop with us online.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to actively trade an eCommerce store - using customer and website data to determine what we merchandise, who we communicate with, what we promote and where the opportunities for growth are.

You’ll be expected to confidently work within our eCommerce platforms from day one. Strong Shopify & Klaviyo experience is essential.

About the Role

The key responsibilities of the eCommerce Specialist are:

eCommerce & Shopify

- Own the day-to-day management and trading of the Linden Cook website.
- Confidently manage Shopify, including building and launching products, variants, collections, pricing, metafields, tags and promotions.
- Manage product launches online from set-up through to launch, including website merchandising.
- Update and merchandise homepage, collection and product pages.
- Regularly re-merchandise products and collections based on performance, campaigns, seasonality and business priorities.
- Manage website navigation, onsite promotions, discount codes and campaign updates.
- Maintain a high standard of website accuracy and identify and resolve issues as they arise.
- Work with external developers when more technical website changes are required.

Email, SMS & Customer Segmentation

- Manage and execute Linden Cook’s email and SMS activity.

- Build and send campaigns independently within Klaviyo.
- Develop meaningful customer segments based on behaviour, purchase history, engagement, product interest, customer value and other relevant data.
- Manage and optimise automated flows and customer journeys.
- Identify opportunities to improve retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
- Continually test and optimise subject lines, content, segmentation, send times and campaign strategy.
- Analyse email and SMS performance and use the results to inform future activity.

eCommerce Trading & Merchandising

- Take a commercial approach to how the website is traded each week.
- Identify which products, collections and categories should be prioritised based on performance and business objectives.
- Monitor product performance and respond by adjusting merchandising, promotions and customer communications.
- Support key trading periods, product launches and campaigns with the appropriate onsite, email and SMS activity.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, average order value and online revenue.
- Regularly look for opportunities to improve the customer journey and overall website experience.

Analytics & Optimisation

- Regularly review performance across Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4) and Klaviyo.
- Monitor key eCommerce metrics including revenue, conversion rate, AOV,

traffic, product performance, customer behaviour and email/SMS performance.
- Identify trends, issues and opportunities within the data and turn these insights into clear actions.
- Understand where customers are entering, browsing and dropping off throughout the online journey.
- Report on performance and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Support ongoing testing and conversion rate optimisation across the website.

About You

- We’re looking for someone who already has strong technical eCommerce foundations and can confidently step into our platforms, take ownership and contribute from day one.
- You have 3+ years of hands-on eCommerce experience, ideally within a DTC, retail, fashion, beauty, jewellery or lifestyle brand.
- You have a robust commercial mindset and naturally think about conversion, revenue, AOV, customer behaviour and retention.
- You are comfortable executing the work yourself - whether that means building a product in Shopify, creating a customer segment, scheduling an SMS, re-merchandising a collection or analysing website performance.
- You are highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail.
- You are proactive and naturally look for opportunities rather than waiting to be told what needs to change.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-growing business where priorities can move quickly.
- You care about the customer experience and understand how brand, product and commercial performance work together.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Please send your resume (in any form you like) and tell us a bit about yourself – to [email protected].
