About the role
Reporting to the CPD Product Manager, you’ll lead the design, delivery and evaluation of a national endometriosis education program. You'll create high-quality learning resources, manage stakeholder partnerships and subject matter experts, maintain education quality frameworks, and work closely with clinical advisory groups, PHNs, government representatives and healthcare organisations to achieve grant outcomes*.*
As our Education Content Lead, you'll also:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Endometriosis Grant Program educational strategy, ensuring delivery against objectives, timelines and funding requirements.
- Conduct workforce needs analysis and use insights, data and feedback to identify learning priorities and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clinical experts, professional bodies, consumer groups and education partners to support program outcomes.
- Prepare strategic reports, briefings and recommendations for senior leaders, advisory groups and government stakeholders, providing expert advice on opportunities, risks and program performance.
