We are looking for a passionate, experienced and motivated Educational Leader to join our growing early learning team.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic early childhood skilled who enjoys supporting educators, leading quality educational practices and creating meaningful learning experiences for children.
As our Educational Leader, you will work closely with the Centre Director, Room Leaders and educators to support the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Mentor, guide and inspire educators in their daily practices.
- Support curriculum planning, observations, documentation and reflective practice.
- Promote engaging, inclusive and child-centred learning environments.
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Director and team to maintain high-quality educational standards.
- Support continuous improvement in line with the National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Build positive relationships with children, families and educators.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Diploma or Bachelor qualified in Early Childhood Education.
- Experienced in early childhood education, with strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
- Passionate about mentoring and supporting other educators.
- Confident in curriculum planning, documentation and critical reflection.
- Warm, approachable, organised and a positive team player.
- Able to communicate effectively and lead by example.
- Committed to providing high-quality learning experiences for children.
- Holding a current Working with Children Check.
Previous Educational Leader or Room Leader experience will be highly regarded.
