Are you an experienced Early Childhood Teacher or early childhood professional ready to take the next step into educational leadership?

Early Beginners Child Care Centre Greenvale is seeking a passionate, experienced and motivated Educational Leader to join our team on a part-time basis.

We are looking for someone who is confident in supporting educators, strengthening curriculum practice and helping to build a strong culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As our Educational Leader, you will work collaboratively with the Centre Director, educators and teaching team to ensure our educational program reflects high-quality early childhood practice and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading and supporting the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs.
- Mentoring and supporting educators in their curriculum planning and practice.
- Promoting reflective practice and continuous improvement across the service.
- Supporting educators to strengthen their understanding of the EYLF and children's learning and development.
- Reviewing and providing guidance on observations, documentation, planning and assessment.
- Supporting consistency and quality across all rooms.
- Working collaboratively with educators to identify areas for professional growth.
- Contributing to the service's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- Supporting the service to maintain high standards in relation to the National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Building positive relationships with children, families and educators.




- Modelling qualified and inclusive early childhood practice.

About You We are seeking someone who:
- Holds an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification or relevant early childhood qualification.
- Has demonstrated experience in early childhood education and curriculum leadership.
- Has a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and National Regulations.
- Is confident mentoring and guiding educators.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is organised, proactive and able to work independently.
- Is passionate about children's learning, development and wellbeing.
- Can inspire educators and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement and reflective practice.
