Project Details

- Project Location: Karratha, WA
- Roster: 2:1 FIFO/DIDO
- Karratha Local: DIDO available for Karratha residents
- Employment: Full time, project work
- Project Setting: Live LNG plant / brownfields
- Hours: 11.5 hours days
- Duration: 4-6 months
- Mobilisation: Immediate
- Rate + Allowances + Superannuation

Essential Tickets & Qualifications

- Certificate III Electrotechnology Electrician
- Current WA Electrical Licence
- Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas (EEHA) – certification within the last 3 years
- Construction White Card
- LVR & CPR – within the last 12 months
- Provide First Aid – within the last 3 years
- Gas Test Atmosphere
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Australian Working Rights

Experience & Requirements

- Minimum 3 years' post-apprenticeship electrical construction experience
- Previous LNG / Oil & Gas experience, preferably in a brownfield’s environment
- Demonstrated experience working as an EEHA Electrician on hazardous-area installations
- Experience with brownfields modifications, tie-ins,



shutdowns or plant upgrades
- Hands-on experience with cable installation, glanding, terminations, junction boxes, lighting and electrical equipment
- Strong understanding of EEHA requirements and Ex equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, cable schedules and hazardous-area documentation
- Experience working under Permit to Work, isolation and LOTO procedures
- Ability to safely work around existing plant, live services and operating equipment
- Strong focus on quality, compliance and construction documentation
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
