We are looking for an experienced Electrical CAD Designer with strong expertise in automotive electrical design, 3D CAD modeling, wiring harness development, and vehicle electrical integration.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in CATIA, UG/NX, CREO, ProCable, and Teamcenter/PLM.
- Experience in 3D CAD modeling, DMU/vehicle CAD models, and electrical harness routing.
- Design and development of wiring harnesses, electrical components, and vehicle electrical systems.
- Integration and packaging of EV, LV, and HV components, including ECUs, sensors, displays, lighting, cameras, and HMI modules.
- Create 3D component libraries, fitment drawings, and 2D harness flattening.
- Support mounting design, DFA/DFM activities, engineering changes, and release management.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing, EV/Hybrid technologies, and ADAS.
- Ability to manage projects independently from concept design to product implementation.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience:
Relevant experience in Automotive Electrical CAD Design and Vehicle Electrical Integration.
