We are currently seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our Cheltenham head office to serve as a central technical authority across our diverse product portfolio.

The Role

Reporting to internal management, you will operate in a dynamic setting where you provide critical solutions and expertise across our broad range of electrical protection and safety technologies. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate extensively in technical discussions with our B2B clients to determine optimal electrical protection and safety solutions that perfectly fit their requirements.

- Provide high-level, responsive technical support and expert troubleshooting across our comprehensive catalogue of specialist electrical products.

- Execute detailed technical quotations and precise product specifications, ensuring all recommended safety and protection solutions meet rigorous industry demands.

- Partner seamlessly with the internal sales and business development teams to translate complex technical information into clear, commercially viable outcomes for our customers.





- Nurture and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of electrical wholesalers, contractors, consulting engineers, and end-users.

What You Will Need

- Engineering Qualifications: A completed degree qualification in Electrical Engineering.

- Technical Breadth: Demonstrated technical aptitude with a strong understanding of electrical protection, electrical safety systems, and general industrial infrastructure.

- Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in a technical support or technical sales environment, demonstrating the cognitive ability to rapidly learn and apply detailed product information.

- Communication Mastery: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, paired with the ability to relate to clients with a high degree of professionalism.

- Agility & Problem-Solving: A high level of attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proactive "whatever it takes" attitude to independently resolve complex challenges.
