PARC Engineering are seeking an experienced Electrical Reliability Engineer to join our team on a long-term project, working on a 2:1 FIFO roster ex Perth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Electrical Reliability Engineer to join an established project team, with an immediate start available.

About the Role

As an Electrical Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in improving the reliability, availability, and performance of electrical assets across the project. Working closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams, you will identify opportunities to improve asset performance and implement effective reliability strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing electrical reliability engineering support across the project
- Developing and implementing reliability improvement initiatives
- Analysing equipment performance, failures, and maintenance data
- Identifying recurring electrical equipment failures and developing corrective actions
- Supporting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure investigations
- Developing and reviewing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
- Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, availability and maintainability
- Working closely with maintenance and operations teams to optimise asset performance
- Providing technical advice on electrical equipment and systems
- Supporting maintenance planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Reviewing reliability trends and developing recommendations for improvement
- Ensuring engineering and reliability activities are aligned with site safety and operational requirements

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:





- A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in an Electrical Reliability Engineering role
- Strong experience within mining, resources, processing, energy or heavy industrial environments
- Sound understanding of electrical equipment, systems and reliability principles
- Experience with failure analysis, RCA and reliability improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with maintenance, operations and engineering teams
- A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
- Australian working rights
