Electrical Project Manager | West Perth | Available ASAP

TCB Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager on behalf of our client, for a Perth-based prospect in West Perth. This is a Monday–Friday, 38-hour week role, initially offered on a minimum 3-month contract, with a genuine opportunity to transition into direct employment for the right person.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing electrical projects across fixed plant, SMP and civil scopes within mining and related industries. Working closely with the Project Manager, Project Engineer and Superintendent, you will play a key role in project delivery, resourcing and execution.

What we're looking for:

- Demonstrated experience managing electrical projects across fixed plant, SMP and/or civil scopes
- Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical Workers Licence
- Demonstrated understanding of project management principles (PMBOK) or strong relevant industry experience
- Experience working within EPCM construction environments
- Exposure to process and non-process infrastructure, surface/underground mining and associated facilities




- Experience with HV/LV installations and power distribution
- Exposure to Instrumentation, PLC/SCADA and shutdown execution
- Proven project controls experience, including planning, estimating and scheduling
- Already hold or be willing to obtain an In-House Electrical Nominee qualification
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage staff rosters, job allocations and site resourcing
- White Card and relevant mine site entry requirements
