Your new role

We are seeking anExperienced Electrician to join a busy site maintenance team on a 2:2 roster.Working across fixed plant, camp facilities and auxiliary equipment, you willbe responsible for delivering high quality electrical maintenance, faultfinding and repair services to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the site infrastructure.

Key responsibilitiesInclude

- Carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, installations and breakdown work
- Performing preventativemaintenance and statutory testing activities
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults across a range of equipment
- Maintaining conveyors,crushers, screens, pumps and other fixed plant equipment
- Supporting water treatmentand sewage treatment plant operations
- Ensuring all work iscompleted in accordance with site safety procedures and legislative requirements
- Contributing to maintenanceplanning and scheduling activities




- Working closely withoperations and maintenance teams to maximise equipment reliability

What you'll need to succeed

- Australian Electrical Trade Qualification
- Current QLD Electrical Licence
- Unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence
- Current CPR/LVR and First Aid certification
- Previous mining, processing plant or heavy industrial maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding anddiagnostic skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Highly regarded:

- Refrigeration /Air Conditioning or Dual Trade qualification
- PLC and Instrumentationexperience
- EWP, Forklift or AC Ticket
- Experience maintaining watertreatment or fixed plant infrastructure
