About the Project

GriD Electrical Services is building its electrical team for a major data centre development at Marsden Park. This is a large-scale, long-term project with a strong safety culture and high quality standards. We're looking for electricians at all levels, from tradespeople through to Leading Hands and Supervisors, to deliver the electrical installation across the sitE

Positions Available

Electricians (A-Grade)

Install, terminate, test and commission power, lighting, containment, cabling, switchboards and associated electrical systems.

Leading Hands

Lead and coordinate a crew while remaining hands-on. Allocate tasks, run pre-starts and toolbox talks, monitor quality and progress, and mentor apprentices and junior tradespeople.

Supervisors

Oversee electrical works across one or more areas of the site. Manage crews, programme and resources, ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements, and liaise with project managers, engineers, the client and other trades.

About You

All roles (essential)

- Current electrical licence (NSW)
- Solid experience on large commercial, industrial, data centre or infrastructure projects
- Working knowledge of electrical safety,



isolation and permit-to-work procedures
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- White Card and a valid driver's licence
- A commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship

Additional for Leading Hands and Supervisors

- Proven experience leading and supervising electrical crews
- Strong communication, planning and leadership skills
- Experience preparing SWMS, ITPs and managing documentation and reporting

Desirable

- Data centre or mission-critical project experience
- Testing and commissioning experience
- First Aid, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, EWP or Rescue tickets
- Leadership or supervisory qualifications
