To join our hub, you need to demonstrate the following:

- Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background
- Top international law firm or equivalent in-house/secondment experience




- Experience with industrial relations and enterprise bargaining viewed favorably
- Adaptable, communicative and adaptable
- Enthusiastic about embracing new work cultures
- Rapidly develop close, trusting relationships

As an experienced workplace lawyer, you also need to possess:
- Minimum 10 years PQE in-house or within a law firm
- Experience in providing legal support on employer side matters
- Ideally experience with cross-APAC matters
- Confidence to drop into a new team and hit the ground running
