About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team at Legacy on Victoria in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality aged care to our residents. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our Residents and contributing to the overall wellbeing of our community.

What you'll be doing

- Providing direct nursing care and assistance to residents, including administering medication, wound care, care planning, and monitoring vital signs under the supervision of the Registered Nurse
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and personalised care for each resident
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Promoting a safe and comfortable setting for our residents
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

- Current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Demonstrated experience in an aged care or hospital setting, preferably in a similar role
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of aged care best practices and previous exposure to working with older people with dementia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
