About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse in Ward 2B Blue Gum, you will support registered nurses to provide person-centred care for older people in the Geriatric Specialist Dementia Unit. Work within your scope of practice alongside patients, families and the care team.

Provide person-centred care under RN direction

Recognise and report changes in clinical condition

Work with families, colleagues and support services

Share information with patients, families and carers

Contribute to safety and quality improvement

About You To be successful in this role you will:

Hold or be eligible for NMBA enrolment

Hold or be eligible for a current practising certificate

Bring experience in nursing care in a health setting

Communicate well with patients, families and colleagues

Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
