The role

Weekday Evenings – Remote Enrolment Specialist

- Minimum 3 evenings per week, approx. 2 hours per evening (typically 5–7pm,



when families are most reachable). Flexible timing, with more hours available as demand grows.

- Contact families who have enquired about tutoring, understand their child's needs, and guide them through to trial lessons and enrolment.

- Manage leads, follow-ups and notes in our CRM.

Weekends – Campus Reception

- Saturday and/or Sunday, 10:45am–8:40pm, at Box Hill or Williams Landing.

- Welcome students and parents, handle walk-in and phone enquiries, and keep the front desk running smoothly.

About you

Essential

- Confident, warm and persuasive on the phone

- Self-motivated – you own your results without needing supervision

- Persistent and organised with follow-ups – reaching families is half the job
- A quiet, private space to take calls at home, and reliable internet
- A valid Working with Children Check (Employee) before your start date

- Full working rights in Australia

Highly regarded
- Experience in sales, phone-based sales, enrolments/admissions or reception

- Customer-facing experience, especially in education, health or professional services
