- Getting out across Brisbane every day, having genuine conversations with homeowners about solar and battery solutions

- Reading people quickly, identifying real need, and qualifying genuine opportunities

- Booking consultations for our senior Solar and Battery Consultants and smashing daily targets with your team

- Owning your territory, your pipeline, and your numbers from the moment you start

- Getting structured daily coaching from leaders who’ve built careers from very similar starting points

- Being recognised and rewarded every week for what you actually produce, not just for turning up
