As we continue to expand, we are seeking expressions of interest from passionate hospitality professionals to join our growing Front of House team at Saint Haven South Yarra. We have full-time, part-time and casual opportunities available.

The Role

As part of our Front of House team, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. From remembering a member's favourite coffee to delivering seamless food and beverage service, you'll bring warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality to every interaction.

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering exceptional food and beverage service across our Club's hospitality spaces
- Preparing and serving specialty coffees, smoothies and other beverages
- Taking orders and providing knowledgeable recommendations
- Building genuine relationships with members, remembering their preferences and anticipating their needs
- Maintaining impeccable presentation, cleanliness and service standards
- Supporting daily opening and closing procedures




- Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a consistent six-star member experience
- Creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere throughout the Club

About You

- Previous experience in hospitality, ideally within premium restaurants, cafés, hotels or member-focused environments
- Strong food and beverage service skills, with barista experience highly regarded
- A warm, confident and engaging personality
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings and weekends
- A genuine interest in health, wellness and delivering memorable experiences
