Positive Behaviour Coach - PBIS and Real Schools Implementation Learning Leader roles are determined according to the needs of the school and directions of the Strategic Plan and Annual School Improvement Plan. Their function is to develop and support particular projects, foci and initiatives within the school that support the skilled learning of teachers and improved learning outcomes for students.
