Jetwave Marine Services is a West Australian based company offering the very best in specialised vessels, subsea operations and marine based services across Australia.

We are seeking experienced Vessel Masters and Deckhands to join our marine operations in Fremantle and the Dampier operations.

We are looking for safety-focused mariners with strong practical skills, a professional approach and a commitment to working as part of a high-performing crew.

Vessel Master

Key responsibilities and experience

- Highly competent in vessel handling

- Robust harbour towage experience

- Ability to operate safely in changing marine environments

- Proven leadership skills and a team-first approach

- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills

- Ability to meet company and project reporting requirements

Master Minimum Requirements

- AMSA <24m NC

- AMSA MED 2

- Current AMSA Medical

- Current Senior First Aid

- CoST or ESS

Deckhand (Minimum 2 years' experience)

- Confident undertaking tow setups and general deck operations





- Experience with vessel dogging operations

- Commitment to maintaining vessel cleanliness, presentation and deck readiness

- Strong safety awareness

- Willingness to learn and contribute to the crew

- Previous exposure to towage operations is highly regarded

Deckhand Minimum Requirements

- Elements of Shipboard Safety

- Current AMSA Medical

- Current Senior First Aid

- HRWL | DG, CV (desired)
