Your recent role An opportunityhas arisen for an experienced Estimating Manager to lead and mentor a growingpre-construction team.

Working closelywith senior leadership, you'll oversee a team consisting of a Senior Estimator,Estimators and a Cadet, while collaborating with the wider pre-constructiondivision to secure and successfully win new work.

Keyresponsibilities include

- Managing the end-to-end tender process for commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.
- Leading Design & Construct bids from concept through to submission.
- Reviewing pricing strategies, methodologies and risk assessments.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior estimators and cadets.
- Building strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors and clients.




- Working alongside directors to help shape the future growth of the business.
What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience as an Estimator, Senior Estimator or Estimating Manager within the commercial fit out and refurbishment sector.
- Strong Design & Construct tendering experience.
- Track record pricing projects typically valued between $2M-$10M, with exposure to larger-scale projects advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working for a reputable fit out contractor in the Sydney market.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the business.
