Duties

- Manage tenders from initial review to submission
- Prepare estimates, BOQs and subcontractor comparisons
- Review documentation, identify scope gaps and project risks
- Obtain and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Manage RFIs, clarifications and tender documentation
- Identify value engineering opportunities and competitive solutions

Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years' estimating experience with a commercial head contractor
- Experience across newbuild, industrial, education,



healthcare and/or refurbishment
- Strong understanding of D&C;, ECI and Construct Only projects
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Cubit, CostX, Estimate One or Procore experience advantageous
