thePromoAgency is hiring event crew for the Korea Brand and Entertainment Expo at Melbourne Showgrounds, Wednesday 4 to Saturday 7 November 2026.

You are placed on a post and you hold it. Posts include the main stage, ticket booth, operations room, showcase, CSR zone, interactive floor, exhibitor floor and relief. The team leader assigns the post. You do not choose it.

What you will do

- Stand the position you are given and do not leave it
- Keep queues, aisles and the stage approach clear
- Direct guests only as the brief says
- Report a problem or a hazard to the team leader
- Cover a break when sent, then return to the meet point

What you will not do

- Sell, take cash, or change the ticketing rules
- Demonstrate a product you have not been shown
- Run the programme or give a decision
- Cover a stand that is not on your brief

Shifts

- Wednesday 4 November
- Thursday 5 November
- Friday 6 November,



10:00–19:00
- Saturday 7 November, 10:00–18:00

You must be able to work the days you are offered across those dates.
