About the Role

We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (3-5 hours per week). This is a fantastic opportunity for a university student with an interest in business, events, or marketing to gain real-world experience in a professional environment.

You'll take ownership of HAL Bowman's fortnightly events calendar — from planning and logistics through to attendee follow-up — playing a key role in how we engage our client and candidate community.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating fortnightly networking and business events from concept to completion

- Managing event logistics including venue, catering, invitations, and RSVPs

- Communicating with attendees before and after each event

- Handling post-event follow-up, including emails,



feedback, and CRM updates

- Supporting the team with any event-related admin and reporting

About You

- Currently studying a degree in Business, Events Management, Marketing, or a related field

- Highly organised with solid attention to detail
- A confident communicator — both written and verbal

- Self-motivated and able to manage your time across a flexible 10-hour week

- Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar
- A genuine interest in people, business, and creating great experiences
