It's that time of year again! Schoolies.com is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individuals to join our event team for Schoolies 2026!

We are seeking casual event staff to assist with the day-to-day operations of Schoolies events across the two-week period. This is a fast-paced, exciting chance to be part of one of Australia's biggest end-of-school celebrations, working alongside a fun and energetic team.

No two days will necessarily be the same! We are looking for flexible team members who are happy to take on a variety of responsibilities depending on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your allocated shifts, duties may include:

- Event Operations: Assisting with the smooth running of events and activities.
- Ticket Scanning & Entry Management: Checking tickets, scanning attendees and assisting with entry procedures.
- Event Bump-In & Bump-Out: Helping with event setup, pack-down and general event preparation.
- Customer Service: Providing information, directions and assistance to attendees.
- Crowd & Queue Assistance:



Helping manage queues, direct attendees and support safe event operations.
- General Event Support: Assisting supervisors and other team members with various tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of duties.
- Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced event environments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Availability for shifts between 21 November and 4 December 2026.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and potentially long shifts.
- Previous event or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.

Availability

We are recruiting staff across both weeks of Schoolies:

Week 1: 21 November – 27 November 2026

Week 2: 28 November – 4 December 2026

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
