We are seeking enthusiastic Event Management students to join the GP Refresh Conference team as Work Experience Event Staff. GP Refresh is a national professional development conference for General Practitioners, delivering a dynamic, large-scale live event environment. Students will gain hands-on experience supporting front-of-house operations and gain valuable knowledge on all aspects of the event.

This placement provides valuable exposure to skilled conference delivery, customer service, and on-the-day event coordination.

Student responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and directing delegates and sponsors
- Scanning lanyards at exhibition and session doors
- Assisting with registration and check-in
- Supporting general conference logistics

Students studying Events Management





Conference dates and locations outlined below:
1. Sydney 19th to 21st June at International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney).
2. Melbourne 14th to 16th August at Melbourne Showgrounds.
3. Brisbane 11th to 13th September at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC).
