Your new role

/n As an Administration & Project Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support, coordinate projects and meetings, manage records and correspondence, and assist with stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of business operations while supporting a range of strategic initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed /n /n

- Previous experience in administration, executive support, or project support roles.

/n

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

/n

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

/n

- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite and records management systems.

/n

- Experience coordinating meetings,



preparing reports, minutes, and correspondence.

/n

- Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

/n

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
