What you will do
As Executive Assistant, you will provide confidential support to the executive team.
You will manage correspondence, records, meetings, reporting and daily office tasks.
You will
- provide high-level executive support, including diary and email management.
- manage timely communications, records and incoming correspondence for the General Manager's office.
- prepare agendas, coordinate meetings, take minutes and track follow-up actions.
- support monthly reporting, research, data collection and other important team tasks.
- provide responsive administrative support across the Performance and Planning team.
About you
No formal qualification is listed as mandatory for this role.
You should have experience providing senior-level executive and confidential administrative support. Experience in a correctional setting is also important.
You should also have
- strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook and Excel.
- experience using departmental systems such as PIMS and TRIM.
- flexibility to manage changing priorities and work across different teams.
- clear communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to solve problems.
