Permanent Full-time hybrid role.
Geelong Regional Libraries purpose is ‘knowledge and connection for people and communities’ delivering services across one of Victoria's largest and fastest-growing regional areas.
We deliver library, mobile, outreach, home library, digital and heritage services on behalf of our member councils. Our network includes 20 libraries and services that reach urban, coastal, rural and geographically dispersed communities.
Our Library Plan 2025-29 responds to a rapidly changing world and is organised around four priorities: Encouraging Personal Curiosity, Evolving Customer Experiences, Enhancing Community Wellbeing and Embracing Our Future.
We provide secure, welcoming and accessible places; free and universal access to learning and information; programs and experiences that develop literacy, creativity and belonging; practical support for participation in modern life; and trusted guidance in an increasingly complex digital and information environment.
GRLC is transitioning to a new not-for-profit governance model under the Corporations Act 2001. This creates opportunities to strengthen governance, partnerships, financial sustainability and the way we demonstrate public value.
Our values of Belonging, Integrity and Curiosity guide how we lead, work together and serve our communities.
