- Manage and optimise a portfolio of overdue accounts from leading Australian institutions with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

/n

- Use advanced skip tracing tools and techniques to relocate and connect with customers

/n

- Conduct high-quality inbound and outbound conversations, uncovering customer needs and negotiating sustainable repayment outcomes

/n

- Apply your experience to handle complex or sensitive cases with confidence and professionalism

/n

- Drive performance through strong commercial judgement while maintaining strict compliance standards

- Build rapport and create trusted, long-term customer relationships

- Proven experience in collections, financial services, or similar

- Solid verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone

- Negotiation and influencing skills

- Emotional intelligence/empathy when dealing with customers
