About the role

Five Star Builders is seeking an experienced Sales Representative/Consultant to join our dynamic team in Parramatta, NSW. As a full-time Sales Representative/Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. We predominantly work and build granny flats.

What we're looking for

- Proven track record of success in a sales or consultative role within the construction industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively





- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to provide tailored solutions to client needs

- Driven and results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to building long-term client relationships

- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in sales, marketing or a related field is preferred

What you'll be doing

- Proactively identify and generate sales leads through various channels

- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions

- Managing and updated utilising softwares such as Pipe-drive, Can-i-build and Pandadoc

- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities

- Conduct onsite inspections to understand client needs and site conditions

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business

- Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and support the achievement of sales targets

- Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team to help improve our sales strategies
