Experienced Dental Assistant – Mascot & Eastgardens – Minimum 1 Year Experience

Delight Dental Spa is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our busy, modern practices in Mascot and Eastgardens. This is not an entry-level or trainee position. Applicants must have at least 12 months of hands-on dental assisting experience in an Australian dental practice, with confidence assisting independently across routine general and restorative dentistry.

We’re looking for someone who can step into a busy surgery, stay one step ahead and quickly become a dependable part of our clinical team.

For someone capable and motivated, there is genuine opportunity to take on greater clinical responsibility and progress within the practice.

What we're looking for

- Minimum 1 year hands-on Dental Assisting experience – essential




- Confident with general and restorative procedures
- Crown and CEREC experience highly regarded
- Strong infection control, clinical organisation and chairside skills
- Experience with Invisalign, endodontics, surgery or implants is advantageous, but not essential — we can train the right person in these areas
- Reliable, energetic and comfortable in a rapid-paced environment
