Experienced Delivery Driver / Logistics Driver (ANZSCO 891111) – Light Vehicles / Vans

Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 Super Penalty Rates / Overtime

Candidate Preference: Open to both Onshore and Offshore candidates (Strong preference for Onshore applicants with active Australian visas and full work rights, e.g., Subclass 485, 417/462 Working Holiday, 408, or Bridging Visa with full work rights).

About the Opportunity

On behalf of our logistics, courier, and supply chain partner employers operating across New South Wales (NSW) and Western Australia (WA), Home Migration Services is currently recruiting reliable and experienced Delivery Drivers / Logistics Drivers (ANZSCO 891111) for local courier, express parcel, and light commercial distribution operations.

Note: This role is specifically for Light Delivery Vehicles (Vans, Utes, Light Commercial Delivery Vehicles). This is NOT a Heavy Combination / Heavy Rigid Truck Driving position.

Our partner employers are approved Australian Standard Business Sponsors seeking dedicated drivers to handle local parcel deliveries, multi-drop urban distribution, and commercial order fulfillment. Onshore candidates with valid work rights seeking employer sponsorship or visa transfers are highly prioritized, while qualified offshore applicants are also welcome to apply.

Key Duties & Responsibilities (ANZSCO 891111 Aligned)

- Load, unload, organize, and transport parcels, packages, retail orders, and light commercial goods using delivery vans, utes, or light delivery vehicles.
- Plan and optimize daily local delivery routes using GPS applications to meet tight delivery schedules and multi-drop time windows.
- Inspect light delivery vehicles daily prior to departure, checking fuel, oil, tires,



lights, and cleanliness.
- Operate handheld digital scanners, obtain client electronic sign-offs/proof of delivery, and maintain accurate dispatch logs.
- Interact professionally with residential and business customers at delivery locations.
- Comply with state road safety rules, parking restrictions, load restraint standards, and workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- Work Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of full-time experience as a Courier Driver, Parcel Delivery Driver, or Light Commercial Logistics Driver.
- Licensing: Valid Australian C-Class Driver's License (Standard car/van license). International applicants must hold an equivalent valid overseas manual/automatic driver's license. (Heavy Truck License NOT required).
- Visa Status: Open to onshore visa holders with active work rights (e.g., 485, 417, 408, or Bridging Visa) and offshore applicants.
- Skills Assessment: VETASSESS outcome or eligibility under relevant visa streams (e.g., DAMA or labor agreement pathways where applicable).
- English Proficiency: Meets minimum requirement for TSS 482 / 494 visa subclass (IELTS overall 5.0 or PTE equivalent).
- Clean driving history record, positive physical fitness for loading/unloading light cargo, and strong time-management skills.
