Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 Super Penalty Rates / Overtime

Visa Sponsorship: Subclass 482 / 494 / DAMA Employer Sponsorship Available

Candidate Preference: Open to both Onshore and Offshore candidates (Solid preference for Onshore applicants with active Australian visas and full work rights, e.g., Subclass 485, 417/462 Working Holiday, 408, or Bridging Visa with full work rights).

About the OpportunityOn behalf of our logistics and supply chain partner employers operating across New South Wales (NSW) and Western Australia (WA), Home Migration Services is currently recruiting reliable and experienced Delivery Drivers / Logistics Drivers (ANZSCO 891111).

Our partner employers are approved Australian Standard Business Sponsors looking for dedicated drivers to manage local and regional goods distribution, multi-drop deliveries, and inventory transport. Onshore candidates with valid work rights seeking employer sponsorship or visa transfers are highly prioritized, while qualified offshore applicants are also welcome to apply.

Key Duties & Responsibilities (ANZSCO 891111 Aligned)

- Load, unload, secure, and transport goods, parcels, and commercial freight safely to designated destinations.
- Plan delivery routes efficiently using GPS navigation tools to ensure timely pick-ups and drops.
- Inspect vehicles prior to departure, performing routine safety checks (fuel, tires, oil, lights) and reporting mechanical issues.
- Obtain proof of delivery signatures, manage dispatch documentation, and update digital tracking logs using handheld devices.




- Handle customer inquiries professionally at delivery points and adhere to proper freight handling procedures.
- Follow strict chain of responsibility laws, road safety regulations, and workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- Work Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of formal, full-time experience as a Delivery Driver or Logistics Transport Driver.
- Licensing: Valid Australian Driver’s License (C Class required; Medium Rigid [MR] or Heavy Rigid [HR] license is a advantage). International applicants must possess an equivalent valid overseas license.
- Visa Status: Open to onshore visa holders with active work rights (e.g., 485, 417, 408, or Bridging Visa) and offshore applicants.
- Skills Assessment: VETASSESS outcome or equivalent eligibility for relevant sponsorship pathways (such as DAMA or TSS streams).
- English Proficiency: Meets minimum requirement for TSS 482 / 494 visa subclass (IELTS overall 5.0 or PTE equivalent).
- Clean driving record, strong time-management skills, and good physical fitness.
