About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-end residential and commercial joinery installations, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities

- Installation of kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, laundries and custom cabinetry

- Installation of wall panels, bulkheads, floating shelves and architectural joinery

- Reading and interpreting detailed architectural and joinery drawings

- Cabinet assembly, modifications and on-site rectification

- Installation and adjustment of doors, drawers, hinges and hardware

- Identifying and resolving installation issues independently





- Coordinating with site supervisors and other trades

- Delivering high-quality workmanship within project deadlines

About you

- Minimum 3 years of experience in joinery installation

- Solid experience in high-end residential and commercial projects

- Ability to read and interpret detailed joinery drawings

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and manage installation tasks efficiently

- Own tools and reliable transport

- Valid White Card

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
