Full-time / Casual opportunities available An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Landscape Gardeners to join our Facilities & Landscaping team at Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort.

We are looking for motivated, reliable and experienced gardeners who take genuine pride in their work and enjoy taking ownership of their own precinct. This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong eye for detail who can independently identify what needs attention and ensure their allocated area is consistently maintained to a high standard.

About the Role

Working across the residential precincts and common areas of Noosa Springs, you will be responsible for the day-to-day presentation and maintenance of your allocated precinct. A key part of the role is ownership and accountability. Rather than simply working through a list of tasks, we are looking for gardeners who will treat their precinct as their own - regularly assessing its presentation, identifying maintenance requirements and taking the initiative to keep gardens looking their best.

Key Responsibilities

· Take ownership of an allocated residential precinct and maintain it to a consistently high standard. · General garden and landscape maintenance.

· Pruning, hedging, shaping and maintaining established gardens.

· Weed management and garden bed presentation.

· Planting, fertilising, mulching and soil improvement.

· Identify unhealthy or underperforming plants and recommend appropriate action.

· Monitor irrigation and report leaks, faults or areas requiring adjustment.

· Maintain pathways, garden edges and common landscaped areas.

· Identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems.





· Work independently while supporting the wider Landscaping and Facilities team.

· Maintain a skilled and respectful approach when working around residents, guests and owners.

About You

We are seeking someone who notices the details. You will be able to walk through your precinct, recognise what needs attention and take pride in seeing the improvement your work makes. · Previous professional landscaping or garden maintenance experience.

· Strong horticultural and plant knowledge.

· Experience maintaining established residential, resort or high-quality landscaped environments.

· Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation.

· Ability to work independently and manage your own daily priorities.

· A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your area.

· Positive communication and teamwork skills.

· Reliability and a strong work ethic.

· Current driver's licence.

· Relevant horticultural qualifications are desirable but not essential for applicants with strong practical experience.
