Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 Super Performance Incentives

About the Opportunity

On behalf of our Australian partner employers operating in Canberra (ACT) and Charlotte Bay (NSW), Home Migration Services is currently recruiting qualified and dynamic Retail Managers (ANZSCO 142111).

Our partner employers are approved Australian Standard Business Sponsors seeking hands-on retail leaders to direct daily store operations, drive sales targets, and manage team performance. Candidates currently in Australia holding active work rights and seeking visa transfer or sponsorship are highly encouraged to apply. Highly qualified offshore applicants with relevant retail management experience and skill assessment outcomes will also be considered.

Key Duties & Responsibilities (ANZSCO 142111 Aligned) CDR For Australia

- Organize and control the overall day-to-day operations of the retail establishment. CDR For Australia
- Determine product mix, manage stock levels, conduct visual merchandising, and establish customer service standards. CDR For Australia
- Formulate and execute purchasing, promotional, and local store marketing strategies to maximize revenue. CDR For Australia
- Prepare and manage store budgets, oversee daily financial transactions, and maintain accurate inventory and sales records. Jobs and Skills Australia




- Recruit, train, roster, supervise, and mentor retail sales staff to hit store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Jobs and Skills Australia

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: AQF Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Retail Management, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent formal experience). CDR For Australia
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of full time experience as a Retail Store / Shop Manager.
- Visa Status: Onshore candidates holding an active visa with full Australian work rights (e.g., 485, 417, 408, or Bridging Visa) preferred.
- Skills Assessment: Positive VETASSESS skills assessment outcome for ANZSCO 142111 (or eligible to undergo assessment). CDR For Australia
- English Proficiency: Meets minimum IELTS / PTE requirement for TSS 482 / 494 visa subclass (IELTS overall 5.0 or equivalent accepted test).
- Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills.
